This Privacy Policy explains how Ravomix ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit ravomix.com or use any of our document templates, calculators, or other tools. By using Ravomix you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Ravomix is designed to work without an account. We do not ask you to register, sign in, or provide personal identification to use any template or tool. The information we do handle falls into three categories:

• Data you type into templates and calculators (names, addresses, amounts, dates, etc.). This data is processed entirely inside your own browser and stored only in your device's local storage. It is never transmitted to our servers.
• Automatically-collected technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This is collected by our analytics and advertising providers (see Section 4) for aggregate traffic measurement.
• Information you voluntarily send us, for example when you email ravomixsupport@gmail.com for support or feedback.

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited data we collect to: (a) operate, maintain, and improve the website; (b) understand which templates and tools are popular so we can prioritise updates; (c) detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or technical errors; (d) display relevant advertising that funds the free service; and (e) respond to your support emails.

3. Local Storage of Your Drafts

Drafts you create using Ravomix templates are saved in your browser's localStorage so you can return to them later on the same device. Clearing your browser data, switching devices, or using private/incognito mode will erase these drafts. We have no way to recover them because we never receive a copy.

4. Third-Party Services

Ravomix uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics — anonymised traffic measurement. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense — contextual and (where permitted) personalised advertising. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and basic DDoS protection. Cloudflare may log request metadata for security purposes.

5. Cookies

Ravomix and the third parties listed above use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and preference storage (such as your selected language). You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; some features (for example, remembering your language) may stop working if you do. 6. Children's Privacy

Ravomix is a general-audience website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Security

Because we do not store your form data on any server, the most important security boundary is your own device. The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Analytics and ad data handled by Google and Cloudflare are protected by their respective enterprise-grade security programmes.

8. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU GDPR, and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because Ravomix does not maintain user accounts or store form contents on our servers, most of these rights are exercised directly by clearing your browser data. For analytics or advertising data held by Google, please use the controls linked in Section 4.

9. International Users

Ravomix is operated from India and intended primarily for Indian users, but it is accessible worldwide. If you access the site from outside India, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in India and in any country where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or to comply with new legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision took effect. Continued use of Ravomix after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
